Daisy Penney

Daisy Penney, co-founder of the Penney + Gould Team, specializes in residential sales, leasing, and development in the Greater Boston area. A native of Massachusetts and a South End resident, she gives clients first-hand insight into the region and its nuances. After completing a Master’s Program and working as an English teacher she entered into the real estate world. She has been called a “maverick” by her clients for her discerning and think-outside-the-box strategies which are crucial in today’s real estate market. Her clients are her priority and with consistent and thorough market analysis she provides them with data driven and real-time insight. Using the highest level of real estate technology and marketing through Compass, the utmost accountability + communication, as well as her attention to detail, she provides her clients with exceptional concierge service from start to finish.

John Gould

John Gould, co-founder of the Penney + Gould Team, is a Boston native and South End resident with a passion for architecture, and extensive knowledge of the region's real estate. After studying classics at Union College, John worked in high-end hospitality management for a decade, where his focus on exceptional service helped foster long lasting client relationships. Following hospitality, he began a career in luxury interior design and project management, in tandem with real estate. Overseeing projects from conception through construction and completion, he developed a keen eye for design and materials. Parlaying this skill into real estate, he’s able to give clients an edge in assessing a property’s potential and ultimately its long-term value. With clear communication and a commitment to understanding clients’ needs, John ensures his clients achieve their real estate goals.

Jaclyn LeClair

Jaclyn is a Senior Sales Associate of the Penney + Gould Team. Holding herself to the highest standards, Jaclyn consistently provides premium service for her clients. Her passion for construction and development, extensive knowledge of Greater Boston, strong work ethic, and love of the industry make her an integral asset. Jaclyn’s strong referral base has continued to grow rapidly due to her commitment to developing long-term relationships with clients and tailoring her care and advice to each client’s unique needs.

Ellie Leahy

Ellie is a Sales and Leasing Associate of the Penney + Gould Team. A long time Back Bay resident raised west of Boston, Ellie brings local expertise to her work. Through ten years fundraising on behalf of top tier higher education institutions in the Boston area, Ellie has honed a client-first mentality. She has built a reputation for reliability and is able to anticipate the needs of her clients to consistently deliver results. Ellie is known for her impromptu history tours.
