Our Favorite Patios + What to Drink
Frenchie, South End
Penney + Gould Spring Favorites
Traditionally, spring is the time of year when real estate inventory increases and more homebuyers are ready to purchase. This Spring has been especially busy for Compass as we are currently the #1 office in Boston according to MLS. Our Team alone has secured homes for clients in competitive neighborhoods with bidding wars such as Beacon Hill, Back Bay, Seaport, South End, Charlestown, Melrose, and Waterfront.

Best White Burgundies by Johna Willis
Johna Willis, Somm + GM of Boston Chops DTX
William Fevre, "Fourchaume" Premier Cru 2014: Bright, Crisp, and clean with lots of acidity, it is the perfect wine for shellfish and crudo as the sun shines brightly.
Joseph Burrier, Poully-fuisse 2013: An affordable Burgundy from the Macon region; this wine has notes of citrus and peaches, with lots of minerality; easy-drinking for those late afternoon patio days.
Bruno Colin, Chassagne-Montrachet, Premier Cru, 2013: Powerful, rich, with notes of clementines, and apples; this wine pairs well with seafood and chicken, along with creamy pasta dishes.
Be sure to visit Johna Willis at the new Boston Chops in Downtown Crossing.

Our Concierge Book
We have created a book that contains a list of restaurants, stores and other necessities to help our friends and clients experience the best of Boston. This is a list of over 30 years of exploring, dining out and getting through the every-days in town from what to do if you car gets towed to where to get a suit custom-tailored.
Our favorite section is a list of restaurants and we share this with our network only. For a digital or print version of Penney + Gould concierge book, please contact us.
